The building of the Arsakeia-Tositseia Schools, not only since their first founding but also in these days, has followed every technical and educational building standard.

The first building of Philekpaideutiki Etaireia in the centre of Athens, known as the "Arsakeio Megaron" on the block of Panepistimiou, Arsaki, Stadiou and Pesmazoglou streets, was an embellishment for the area.

The Arsakeio Megaron, newly renovated, is housing the State Council and the Books' Archway, where cultural events are organized by Philekpaideutiki Etaireia, the prime mover in the intellectual life of the city. The manufacturing data related to the building premises is of great priority for Philekpaideutiki Etaireia.

The continuous expansions and renovations of the school buildings depend on various conditions. The main target is not only the fulfillment of the manufacturing data but also the existence of all the necessary facilities for a prime mover educational institution. The last two decades the Arsakeia-Tositseia Schools are in a new phase related to their establishment.

The most important examples are the newly renovated Museum of Natural History and the reconstructed track field in Psychiko, the swimming pool of Olympic standard and the new track field in Ekali.

The Arsakeia Schools in Thessaloniki are expanded so as to cover the increasing number of their new students.

The Schools in Patras since September 2004 have been relocated in their new buildings in the municipality of Rio.

The Arsakeio in Tirana (Albania) was relocated in May 2007 in new luxurious establishments.

Finally, the new School in Ioannina first operating during the school year 2009-2010, is being in the state of completion. The building accommodates the Pre-Primary and Primary Schools. The operation of the Middle and High School will start gradually
